    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive and senior
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
    • Prepare reports and documents as and when required
    • Assist in organizing events
    • Helping the department heads as and when required
    • Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
    • Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
    • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
