Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Trainer to join our Personal Loan department at Bajaj Finserv (Offroll Position). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in training and team handling within the financial or banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for offroll employees in the Personal Loan department.

Ensure new joiners are effectively onboarded and trained on product knowledge, process flow, and customer handling.

Monitor the performance of team members and provide regular coaching to improve productivity.

Work closely with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and implement effective training solutions.

Maintain training records and prepare performance reports.

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in training or team handling, preferably in finance or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Education: Graduation is a mandatory
