Job Title: SFDC Vlocity / Omnistudio Developer

Experience Range: 6 to 10 years

Hiring Location:Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum

• Strong hands-on experience in OmniStudio (Main Expectation)
• Salesforce Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, JavaScript frameworks
• Integration Expertise: Salesforce Integration (MUST)
• Automation: Salesforce Flow Implementation, Apex Managed Sharing
• Customization & Configuration: SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, document templates, reports, dashboards
• Communication & Coordination: Ability to interact with onsite (USA-based) teams and IT/Business stakeholders

• Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Service, Community, Experience)

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Work on OmniStudio for developing scalable Salesforce applications
• Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and Apex Managed Sharing
• Collaborate with IT/Business teams for requirements gathering and knowledge transition
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations
