Additional Comments:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Lead who will be responsible for leading and executing performance testing strategies across a variety of applications, including monolithic, microservice, and ERP systems, within the retail industry. This role is approximately 80% management and 20% hands-on technical work. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience: - 10+ years of testing experience, with 5+ years in performance testing. - Proven experience as a Performance Test Lead, with a strong understanding of performance testing principles and methodologies. - Extensive experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, Lighthouse, Grafana, and PageSpeed.io. - Hands-on experience with client-side and server-side performance testing. - Solid experience testing both monolithic and microservice architectures, including REST APIs and Kafka. - Experience in the retail industry is essential. - Has experience in testing SAP, Dynamics, or other ERP systems. - Proficiency with GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Dynatrace, and Datadog. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team. - Fluent in English.
