Job Title: Automation QA Engineer- TOSCA

Experience: 5+ Years

Job location- Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandrum, Cochin, Hyderabad

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, test automation, and team leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

• TOSCA - hands-on automation experience
• Quality Assurance best practices
• Test Automation tools and frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution for the TOSCA project.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Manage a team of QA engineers (onsite/offshore) and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Conduct manual and automated testing for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Track and report quality metrics, test progress, and defect statuses.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes.
• Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects and suggest process improvements.
• Mentor junior QA team members and perform code/test case reviews.
• Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of QA experience with proven TOSCA automation expertise
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
