Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather post-sales requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, analysis, and findings.
- Create and present detailed reports to stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Lead post-sales analysis meetings to drive alignment and address client needs.
- Assist the sales team in defining customer requirements and ensuring solutions meet their expectations.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive collaborative thinking.
- Streamline business processes and implement efficiency improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-sales phase.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the training of internal teams on processes and tools related to post-sales activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.
- Continuously research industry trends to deliver best practices in post-sales analytics.
- Provide insights for product development to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Understanding of sales processes and post-sales support.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand software applications.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
