Role: Java Backend Tech Lead
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Hiring Locations: Kochi, Trivandrum

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java backend applications within a Microservices Architecture.

• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers--guiding design decisions, performing code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.

• Mentor and upskill junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software on time.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance tuning across the application stack.

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.

• Strong understanding and practical experience in Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and multithreading.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven team leadership or technical mentorship experience, with the ability to guide junior team members effectively.
