Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Manager US IT Staffing (BDM - Business Development Manager) for Talent Acquisition - Female Local Candidates Preferred.
Location: 4th Floor, Jyothi Imperial, Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Landmark: South India Shopping Mall Building)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite Only)
Timings: 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Aligned to EST)
Female Local Candidates Preferred | Fluent English is Mandatory * Night shifts - No CAB facility.

Job Description: Circle IT Solutions is hiring a high-performing Accounts Manager IT Staffing to join our team. Backed by 25 years of proven excellence in IT staffing and workforce solutions, this role is central to driving new business, nurturing enterprise client relationships, and ensuring high-quality talent delivery across industries like tech, banking, healthcare, and government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by targeting MSPs, direct clients, and key decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
- Lead outreach through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and account support.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and qualified resume submissions.
- Send client requirements to recruiters, manage performance, and screen resumes before submission.
- Act as the liaison between clients and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Present custom capability decks and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain sales metrics and opportunity tracking using CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or account management.

- Familiarity with MSPs and VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, IQNavigator).
- Fluent English with excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage $1M+ book of business annually.
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or Marketing (preferred).
- Must be willing to commit long-term to a high-impact role.
