About The Role Job Summary :- Over 15+ years of overall experience- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions using .NET technologies and AWS services- Extensive experience designing and developing On-Premises Solutions as well as Cloud based solutions with AWS.- Experience designing and working on NO-SQLs like MongoDB and AWS DynamoDB.- Responsible for the design, implementation, security, and performance of the software.- Lead in designing, specifying, and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.- Focuses on establishing the best technology solution to meet a specific business need in their area of expertise.- Cloud Technologies Proficiency with AWS cloud platform.- Technical Expertise Deep understanding of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.- Software Development Strong background in software development and familiarity with multiple programming languages and frameworks.- Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.- Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Leadership Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams or enable other leaders.- Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Key Responsibilities :- Lead team members in solution designs and work breakdown.- Participate in all phases of the solution delivery.- Define the vision and roadmap of technology-based solutions for the development group.- Responsible for design of new software and solutions or extensive software revisions to existing.- Be a top-level technical expert by creating high-level architectural specifications and addressing problems of systems integration and compatibility.- Collaborate with management to perform research of the technical feasibility of business needs.- Mentor development roles by guiding them through architectural principles, solution design, and best practices, ensuring alignment with the overall technical vision.- Work with business partners to ensure alignment between the ask and the output.- Perform peer reviews and sign-off for other team members work to ensure adherence to defined architectural standards.ApplyInsights
