Job Description
What you ll do
Responsibilities: - Reporting on team performance and project progress.
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implementing and maintaining best practice engineering methodologies.
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and leadership.
- Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies for teams and individuals.
- Hiring and managing engineering staff.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

- 9+ years of experience in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving, programming, and communication skills.
- Object-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in owning small to large features from design to implementation.
- Defensive coding mindset with knowledge of OWASP.
- Passion for QA and DevOps with an understanding that testing is a shared responsibility.
- Experience in SQL, JSON, REST API, .Net Core, C#, JavaScript, relational DB concepts and design, Agile methodologies, and team building.
- Experience automating infrastructure and build processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and event-driven (EDA) or service-oriented (SOA) architectures.
- Experience with Angular.js, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Webjobs, App Services, and Service Bus.
