Job Description

Role Overview: At Nagoba Electronics, we are seeking a talented and driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. This position is open to female candidates only .In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and securing top talent to support our continued growth. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within our organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience and partnering closely with our hiring managers to meet their staffing needs. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to effectively assess candidate Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude(SKA) to ensure a strong match between the candidate, the role, and Nagoba Electronics' culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles across our departments.
  • Collaborate directly with management and senior leaders to thoroughly understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects Nagoba Electronics' values. Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and ease of access for reporting and tracking.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop detailed and accurate job descriptions that clearly define the Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude requirements for each role within the organization.
  • Conduct proficient interviews and candidate assessments, demonstrating a strong ability to: o Differentiate between and evaluate candidate Skill (ability to perform job-related tasks), Knowledge (understanding of relevant concepts and information), and Attitude(mindset, work ethic, and cultural fit).
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to gather specific examples of past behavior that demonstrate Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude.
  • Employ situational and hypothetical questions to assess how candidates would apply Skill, Knowledge, and Attitude in relevant work scenarios.
  • Accurately document and communicate candidate assessments to hiring managers, providing clear and concise information on SKA .
