Job Title: General Manager (Facility/Estate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the hotel, restaurant, stadium, and other facilities
- Ensure efficient maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all facilities and equipment
- Lead and manage a team of facility and estate staff, including supervisors, technicians, and grounds staff
- Develop and implement facility and estate management plans, policies, and procedures
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for facility and estate operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance facility and estate operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Estate Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager (Facility/Estate) or similar role in a hotel, restaurant, stadium, or large estate
- Proven track record of effective facility and estate management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and cost control
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Knowledge of facility and estate management principles, practices, and regulations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
