Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and attentive service.Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and seating areas.Handle cash register and POS transactions accurately.Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.Follow food safety and hygiene standards.Assist in training new staff or trainees as needed.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
