Desired Candidate Profile

Project Managers at Tyfone will be responsible for:
1. Lead and manage complex and high priority projects from initiation to final roll out
2. Responsible for understanding the project roadmap, planning and monitoring the work, keeping
track of the resource availability
3. Effectively communicate the plan to the team and get a buy-in before starting the development
work
4. Interface with the various internal teams as needed to analyze the requirements, assess the
technical feasibility of various customer requests
5. Mentoring and Human resources management
6. Providing projects status updates to Tyfone Management
7. Handle the team dynamics and conflicts efficiently without losing the focus of delivering the
committed work
8. Complete project life cycle management
a. Planning & Implementation
b. Progress tracking
c. Identifying risks and risk mitigation planning
d. Providing direction, motivation, support and inspiration to the program team
e. Ensuring that quality guidelines and recommendations are met
f. Prepares and presents the progress report to the management team
g. Documentation

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Sc - Computers, BCA - Computers

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
