Fullstack Developer - ( React & Node ) @ Minfy

Job Description

• As a Full Stack Developer at Minfy, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, implementing, testing, and maintaining applications that meet our customer needs
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and deliver high-quality software solutions
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the latest technologies including but not limited to AWS, latest Tech Stack like Node, Reactjs, Python, modern development approaches like Serverless, microservices, Containers etc and a keen eye for design, and the ability to solve complex problems

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
2. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.
3. Design and implement frontend components using React.js, following best practices for code structure and organization.
4. Create and maintain database schemas and interact with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to retrieve and store data efficiently.
5. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
6. Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic seamlessly.
7. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster skill development.
8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices and continuous improvement into development processes.
9. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of applications.
10. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.
3. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and server-side rendering.
4. Proficiency in database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
5. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
6. Familiarity with build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, Yarn).
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Experience working on AWS cloud platform.
