• Technical Skills Levels:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Desirable Skills:
• Prior experience in a professional services setting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other CRM tools.
