Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify test requirements and scenarios. Implement and execute automated test cases for functional and regression testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Continuously improve automated testing processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the automation testing team.
