About the role
Job Purpose :
As an IAM Engineer II, you will work alongside our team of engineers and architects to install, integrate, and deploy IAM solutions in support of our clients IT security initiatives. You will also provide ongoing maintenance and configuration support to improve the clients overall security posture.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with lead architects to implement end-to-end IAM solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in IAM standards, procedures, security patterns, and governance
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical IAM Platform issues
- Be the resident expert for the clients respective IAM product/solution
- Train and mentor team members on IAM Platform
- Lead or partner with key stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions meet or exceed client expectations and are aligned with Information Security policies and standards
- Present information, analysis, recommendations to all levels of employees
Education:
- Four years of college resulting in a bachelors degree or equivalent.

Experience:
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience implementing IAM solutions with various IAM platforms such as Ping, Okta, Sailpoint, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience supporting IAM Platform technical configurations and integrations
- Strong knowledge of clients respective IAM platform and regulatory standards and requirements such as SOX, FFIEC, PCI, etc. preferred
- Experience integrating IAM platforms with clients applications preferred
- Experience developing applications (Java, Python, etc.) preferred
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining authentication scripts and login pages preferred
- Broad knowledge of network, database, server, and cloud computing preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
- Office environment and remote work is possible with manager approval
- Strong team collaboration, including training across verticals in a modern, open atmosphere
- Up to 10% travel may be required
