Job Title: Assoc Data Scientist Mgr Location: Noida/Gurugram/Hyderabad

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors / 4 year university degree
- Experience - Between 7-10 Years of Experience with below mentioned Skills
Must Have Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- At least 7+ years of business experience in analytics, machine learning projects in Business Intelligence/Business Analysis space
- Excellent understanding of basic statistics and advance mathematics to analyze and understand data patterns
- Good understanding of analytics tools: R, Python, SQL, Databricks & cloud technologies
- Ability to learn and adapt to new data technologies
- Good knowledge around Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics techniques like Hypothesis testing, Probability, Supervised & Unsupervised Learnings
- Ability in slicing and dicing of data structures, Natural Language Processing and good to have fundamental understanding on Gen-AI & Large Language Models
- Good problem-solving & communication skills
- Act in a strategic capacity as a senior technical expert for all current engagements
- Lead project independently & with minimal guidance, including high level client communication and scope planning.
- Experience of GenAI with advanced artificial intelligence technologies and methodologies
Good to Have
- Good knowledge of Business intelligence tools like Tableau/Power BI, etc.
- Certified in Azure Cloud (AZ-900)
- Excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills
Position Responsibilities:
- End to end experience in designing and deploying models and look out end to end productionize pipeline
- Deep understanding on Responsible use of AI
- Understanding on bias detection and mitigation strategy
- Work on business analysis requests around different business problems
- Creating analytical findings for the internal clients of UHG as per specifications received from them using information in UHG Specific databases.
- Engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/exploration, strategizing solutions etc.
- Mentoring & Grooming Junior Data Scientists
- Lead and Drive Knowledge sharing session within the team
- Own the technical deliveries of the team
- Perform quality checks on the analysis and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sending it across to the clients both internal and external
- Work with Senior team members to develop new capabilities for the team
