  •   We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, AI/ML to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background in any programming stack, including but not limited to Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js. This role requires hands-on experience with AI/ML, preferably using cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI. A solid understanding of Generative AI and the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end is essential.
  •  Primary Responsibilities 
  • Leadership and Strategy:
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
  • Develop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize solid development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insights
  • Present project updates, results, and recommendations to senior management
  • Innovation and Research:
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI/ML applications
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
  •  Required Qualifications
  •  
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in software development
  • 3+ years of experience delivering solutions with a focus on AI/ML
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
  • Proven solid background in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js
  • Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Proven ability to possess robust data engineering skills in EDA, building and maintaining AI/ML data pipelines
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  •  Preferred Qualifications
  •  
  • Degrees, Diploma or Certifications in the field of AI/ML
  • Experience with cloud platforms AI Stacks like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI #Exetech
