Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  
• Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor deployment.
  
• Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions.
  
• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
  
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and report on progress to senior management, highlighting any potential delays or issues.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Experience: 12 years in civil engineering, preferably in building projects.
