Job Brief:
Looking for Project manager to join our team. Will be responsible for organizing our clients technical projects and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently. Should have an aptitude for thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organization, and overall team management..

Experience: 

5+Years of Expereince minimum 3 - 6 Yrs in Ecommerce or other web applications.

Location: Bangalore, Whitefield

Education- BE/Btech/MCA/ MBA , PMP Certification, Scrum Certification

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Primary Requirement:
* IT project management experience
* Should have worked on PHP/JAVA technologies & working on Mobile technologies (andriod, iOS) would be an added advantage
* Extensive experience with Agile project management in Ecommerce related applications.
* Knowledge of Scrum methodology
* Excellent communication & people management skills
* Excellent client interaction skills
* Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Ability to handle multiple project management assignments simultaneously
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Advanced Excel skills a plus
* Should have experience in handling Indian as well as international clients

Secondary Skills:
* Scrum Master certification / PMP certification would be an advantage
* Exp in Handling E-comm or atleast Web app development

What Role & Responsibilities to Expect:

• Design technical developments with technical team
• Implement software life-cycle methodology
• Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation
• Coordinate roll-out of beta and production releases
• Inspect projects for quality assurance
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients
• Document all estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork
• Work with technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects
