Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance (FP&A)

Reports To: Finance Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager Finance (FP&A) to join our team. This role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills and the ability to provide insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
• Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams for inputs that help in financial modelling and provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in cost control initiatives and financial risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
