Tech Mahindra is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. If you have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a passion for helping customers, and at least 6 months of experience in customer support, we invite you to attend our walk-in interviews.
Key Details:
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in any customer support role
Education: Any Graduate
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (Verbal & Written)
Work Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs)
Shifts: Morning and Evening shifts
Selection Process: Versant Test (Minimum Level 5 score required)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
