We are looking for a diligent Back-office Executive to handle cases related to Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Health Insurance frauds. The role involves investigating and combating mis-selling of insurance policies by agents and brokers through effective communication with insurance companies to recover stuck amounts on behalf of our clients.
Draft and send at least 4 complaint letters daily addressing insurance fraud issues.
Communicate effectively via email with various insurance companies on behalf of clients.
Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and internet for research and documentation purposes.
Maintain accurate records and track complaint statuses.
Work strictly from the office location (no remote work).
Demonstrate strong writing skills in English and any regional language.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and typing speed.
Graduate degree is mandatory.
Female candidates only.
Age between 25 to 35 years.
Proficient in MS Office tools and internet usage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to draft clear and concise complaint letters.
Willingness to work onsite.
Fixed salary with monthly incentives.
Salary range: 15,000 to 25,000 per month.
