Position: R2R (Record to Report) Analyst
Locations: Jaipur & Bangalore
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical R2R Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team in Jaipur and Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting schedules.

• Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.

• Support audits (internal, external, statutory).

• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

• Assist in financial analysis and reporting for management.

• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter preferred.

• 13 years of experience in R2R, GL Accounting, or Record to Report domain.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools (SAP/Oracle preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible to work in shifts if required.
