Job Description

Construction Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle of construction and interior projects.
Develop and monitor project timelines, BOQs, budgets, and work schedules.
Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, and client specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients for smooth execution and issue resolution.
Supervise site teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Monitor on-site activities to ensure timely delivery, safety compliance, and cost control.
Oversee procurement planning and material availability to avoid delays or overruns.
Manage project documentation, site MIS reports, client billing, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Enforce safety norms and legal compliance across project sites.
Lead on-ground troubleshooting and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required qualification and skills:

Education: B.E. or B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering
