Role- Business Development Executive

Shift - Night- 7 pm to 5 am.
Responsibility-
Responsible to generate leads, develop client relationships, negotiate contracts and offer demos convincing the contact about the product fitment.
The candidate is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales
This individual must be highly motivated, self - starter with an ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources via telephone, mass mailing market research, walk ins to industrial areas, database etc.,
Should be proactive to follow - up with leads.
Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Addnectar solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Addnectar can address those needs.
Work with the CTO to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Required experience and knowledge
Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications or related field(Prefferable)
Experience in the technology software sales is mandatory.
Experience in ERP(Preffered), Webapps, Mobile App, SaaS, Outsourced software development sales within US/UK.
2-4 years telemarketing and/or inside sales and lead generation experience.
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
Willingness to work in US/UK shift.
A proven track record of strong client relationships.
Prior experience in interacting with C level Management of the companies and a roldex of contacts would be desirable.
Must have good know - how and exposure with enterprise software solutions and working with clients / prospects with varying size organizations.
Must be able to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Must possess strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
