Desired Candidate Profile
Supervisory Responsibilities :The candidate will be required to manage a team of 15-20 people with responsibility of technical guidance and support, performance assessment and compensation determination for those resources.
Job Responsibilities :
Primary responsibilities :
- Candidate shall be responsible for technical management of delivery to a specific Ignite customer from inception through completion.
- Candidate shall be responsible to interface with internal/external leads and work on Integration strategy and planning.
- Candidate shall be on top of Integration end points with various sub system and mitigate the issue on demand without impacting the delivery milestone.
- Candidate shall drive the Integration phase and proactive on interfacing with required stack holder to avoid the delivery impact.
- Candidate shall be responsible for tracking any issues blocking progress of delivery and help resolve them. Candidate shall able to resolve the issue, writing the program on demand based on the criticallty of project.
- Candidate shall be responsible for tracking dependencies for delivery and work with customer or 3rd parties to ensure alignment with delivery plan
- Candidate shall work to optimize/improve the process and procedure as required to reduce the Integration time line, co-ordinating the re-engineering of existing processes for delivery of services.
Add on responsibilities :
- Candidate shall perform the role of a product owner for the solution being delivered to the customer.
- Candidate shall be responsible for defining the release content of each release in consultation with customer and based on estimates for each feature
- Candidate shall be responsible for created a detailed WBS for each release and tracking the tasks outlined for each release
- Candidate shall be responsible for managing the resources in the team and assigning tasks to the resources from the WBS
- Candidate shall be responsible for ensuring defining scrums, adherence to agile processes and collection of metrics that determine the health index of the program.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication
PG: M.Tech - Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers
