Seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Support senior management in financial decision-making and strategic planning- Handle all types of tax planning, payments compliance, and filing.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certifications/ qualifications atleast upto Inter level preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
