Job Description
Key accountabilities
- Support the collection and analysis of employee feedback through surveys, polls, employee forums, and interviews.
- Help maintain reports and dashboards that track employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Assist in organising and evaluating employee programs such as onboarding, recognition, country engagement, and wellness initiatives.
- Work with the People & Culture team to identify trends and suggest improvements to the employee experience.
- Stay up to date with best practices in employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Help prepare presentations and reports to share insights with internal teams.
Skills & Experience
- A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in HR, data analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, or organisational development and ability to research industry trends and good practice in areas of employee experience.
- Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with survey tools or data visualisation platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A curious mindset and a passion for making work better for everyone.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data to create tangible insights
- Organisation skills with ability to project plan and deliver aspects of key projects
- Collaborative approach and working in matrix style - able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
