End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Talent Sourcing: Using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and headhunting
Stakeholder Coordination: Understanding job requirements and working closely with hiring managers
Database Management: Maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring timely closures
Interview Coordination: Scheduling and following up with candidates
Offer Negotiation: Managing salary discussions and onboarding processes
