Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and procuring goods, materials, and services in line with company requirements.
• Maintain and update purchase records, vendor details, and price lists.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best offer among potential suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues or delays.
• Verify purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with internal teams to forecast demand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Maintain documentation and records for audits and internal reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Basic knowledge of procurement principles and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel.
