Job Description
Title: Lead - Content Marketing
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Location: Pune
We at Accelirate, are seeking a dynamic Content Marketer. As a critical member of the marketing team, you will help build a steady cadence of rock-solid content for all stages of the funnel. The successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter who's passionate about creating engaging, valuable content for both senior business decision makers as well as practitioners in the AI and Automation industry; is an amazing storyteller; and will have a passion for scaling for our next exciting phase of growth journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the SME and content team to implement the multi-channel content strategy by crafting content that drives thought leadership and customer acquisition.
- Lead and inspire creative ideas for content development and messaging consistency across all channels (demand generation, digital, web, social, video, etc.).
- Drive effective and creative content that incites engagement and grows audiences.
- Ensure content aligns with funnel-building objectives and is consistently delivered across touchpoints.
- Maintain a functional content calendar and ensure style, quality, and tone consistency.
- Leverage data to set goals, measure success, and refine content strategy.
- Hands-on with various tools and trends to optimize and measure performance, meet content KPIs and improve ROI.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have at least 4 years of hands-on content marketing experience (preferably from AI and Automation background)
- Strong writing skills with a diverse portfolio of published work.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and demand generation tools.
- Passionate about storytelling and staying abreast of industry developments and incorporating them into content strategies.
- Passionate content creator with experience in engaging and impactful content in a variety of mediums.
- Must have experience in social media management to help us grow and engage our audience effectively across platforms through innovative ideas.
