Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with 13 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on our technology landscape.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers ensuring best practices are followed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure the scalability performance and security of applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture design patterns and coding standards.

Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivity.

Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project updates.

Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proven track record of leading software development projects and mentoring junior engineers.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
