Job Description :

Mandatory Requirements :

- End-to-end implementation experience

- S/4 HANA experience

- Client-facing experience is a must

- Travel required

Role : SAP S4 HANA

Key Responsibilities : Work with a partner and help develop Company's technology practice in the Products-oriented industry verticals

Engagement Management :

- Lead or support project teams in delivery of projects

Domain Development :

- Understand Company's global technology offerings and modify them as appropriate for client requirements in India

- Develop point of view, public speaking and publications in technology forums as required

People Development :

- Develop a team of professionals to enable growth

- Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :

- Consulting experience and knowledge of SAP S4 HANA

- Program management experience

- Experience in SAP project management and delivery

- An excellent, established track record for delivering systems integration projects and preferably in SAP S4 HANA

- Excellent client-facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stage

- Project management skills, including the ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan

- Account management experience

Professional development skills :

- Should be able to work with limited direction and self-driven - Demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written

- Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- Holds experience of working with the C-level executive client.

- Worked on business consulting, providing delivery and operational excellence to our clients

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
