1. EXPERIENCE OF MINIMUM 2 YEARS IN IS MANDATORY
2. Coordinate with Fund Accounts firm -for all work needs
3. Coordinate Investor's KYC , thereafter communication
4. Coordinate for Valuation (Periodical & need based)
5. Coordinate with Internal Accounts / Finance (need based )
6. Maintaining records (Both soft & hard copies) of work handled
7. Monitor, Investor Documents (Templates ready) & process documents till drawdown
8. Drafting of agreements & other letters on the basis of Templates & SOP
9. Physical filing of documents and maintaining records
10. Any other related task to operations as assigned on day to day basis.
