Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing for web and AI-based applications.
Validate application functionality against business requirements and technical specifications.
Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira; collaborate with developers for prompt resolution.
Perform API testing, and validate data integrity via database queries.
2. Product Documentation
Create and maintain user manuals, product guides, release notes, FAQs, and training materials.
Translate complex product behavior into easy-to-understand documentation for end-users and internal teams.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Maintain internal documentation to support QA best practices, workflows, and process improvements.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a quality advocate across development, product, and design teams.
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile teams.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide assistance during client or stakeholder demos.
Provide insights into improving usability, user experience, and system robustness.
4. Process Improvement
Drive enhancements in QA processes and documentation standards.
Suggest and help implement process improvements for better product stability and faster release cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 6 years of manual QA experience in testing web or AI-integrated platforms.
Generative AI Knowledge: Exposure to Generative AI-based applications or AI product testing.
Documentation Skills: Proven experience in writing and maintaining high-quality product documentation.
Test Design & Execution: Expertise in creating detailed test cases and executing across platforms.
Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman (for API testing), and SQL for database validation.
Bug Tracking & Reporting: Strong skills in issue documentation and root cause identification.
