Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Complete experience should be from automobile component manufacturing industry.
• Experience related to Axles,Anle,Housing ,Banjo Beam,Diff.case etc.
• Experience from EV segment is welcome
• Should have worked on sheet metal and tubular components,Mechanic Like HMC,VMC,SPM,Robotics welding .
• Should have through knowledge for building the gap between engineering team and production team .
• Understanding of Drawing along with geometrical parameters mentioned on it.
• Hands on experience for inspection of all kinds of category . i.e. Casting, Forging, Machining, Sheet Metal, Welding parts as per drawing by first principle method.
• Understanding of raw material requirement & Co-ordinate with external lab for material testing & Verification of Material test report.
• Preparation of Inspection Report & Communication to supplier.
• Maintaining all related documentation for easy retrieval whenever needed.
