Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Order Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Order Management (OM) modules and will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing order management solutions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, customization, and configuration of Oracle Order Management solutions for our clients.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective order management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and develop process maps for order fulfillment.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the deployment phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order management system issues, ensuring timely resolution while minimizing business disruption.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation, helping users effectively utilize the Order Management module.
- Keep up-to-date with Oracle updates and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and assessment of the Order Management processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in data migration activities and ensure data integrity within the order management systems.
- Work alongside other functional consultants (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Shipping) to ensure integrated solutions that meet end-to-end business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 + years of proven experience as an Oracle Order Management Consultant with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle OM modules.
- In-depth knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management module and associated business processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience in integration with other Oracle modules (like Inventory, Shipping) and third-party applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Oracle certifications related to Order Management would be a plus.
