Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Noida, specializing in Salesforce services sales within the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, in-depth experience with Salesforce, and exceptional communication skills. This role demands a strategic approach to selling Salesforce consulting and implementation services to US-based clients. The successful candidate will be adept at managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure, while fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for Salesforce services in the US market, focusing on consulting and implementation.
Identify potential clients within the US market and leverage consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and position relevant services.
Use Salesforce CRM to monitor all sales activities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting.
2. Consultative Selling & Relationship Management
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their Salesforce needs and offer tailored solutions, emphasizing ROI and value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
3. Market Insights & Reporting
Stay updated on Salesforce industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the US market to refine sales tactics.
Regularly report on sales metrics, market insights, and client feedback to inform leadership and refine strategies.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Consulting to align on strategies and enhance the client experience.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to stay current on Salesforce products, consulting methodologies, and US market developments.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on the US market with Salesforce services.
Background in consulting, with a track record of successfully selling complex services.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Should be open to travel

Preferred Skills:
Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, products, and consulting best practices.
Experience in a B2B / B2C services environment, especially within tech consulting.
