Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong foundations in Data Science to join our team. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves coding in Python and has hands-on experience with data science libraries, machine learning models, and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data-intensive applications
• Work closely with data scientists to productize ML models
• Design and implement robust ETL pipelines and APIs
• Perform data analysis, build predictive models, and derive actionable insights
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality through best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps/Data Engineers for deployment and monitoring
• Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills (3.x)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Familiarity with ML workflows, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Exposure to REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI/Django
• Basic understanding of Git and version control

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with Docker or containerization
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, etc.)
• Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a bonus
