Technical Excellence Substantive experience building innovative, complex, software.
Strong technical credentials, with at least 5+ years leading or managing software
development teams, ideally with hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience Experience in C++, Unix and Oracle
Ability to develop, propose and own solutions and designs in the department
Presents technical information and able to influence decisions impacting
stakeholders Functional Excellence Ability to own and track the Road Map of the relevant products/ component modules Fully aware of product functionalities and related market trends
Own and drive initiatives that increases the Product Ownership locally
Ability to inspire, build, manage, motivate & engage talented, high potential engineers of varied level of experiences and expertise High in energy, confidence ability to adapt to fast pace development
Passionate about technology and learning new technology stacks
Minimum of 13+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in development operations space.
Minimum of 3+ years of overall management experience, with delivery management experience for minimum 5 years.
BE/B Tech/ME / M Tech from reputed institutes.
