Role & responsibilities

1. Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
2. Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
3. Good Experience with Python + Django.
4. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML / CSS /JavaScript / any modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
5. Proficiency in database design and management, particularly with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines, AWS (nice to have).
7. Should be ready to learn new technologies.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
