Role & responsibilities
Senior / Manager - Design
Job Description
1. To be responsible for Designing & Project Planning and architectural project management, technical consulting services, develop architectural calculations, designs drawings and project specifications as per the cost and timelines.
2. To review and seal final project plans, architectural drawings and record as required.
3. To plan and schedule the architectural activities of the project from inception until end so that it meets all the specifications of design, quality and clients requirement.
4. To coordinate with the concerned Architects, Consultants and other professionals for the viability of the design.
5. To make drafts, layouts and designing the site plan and making scaled drawings of the project.
6. To ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers.
7. To resolve problems that may occur while constructing the building.
8. To carry out other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification & Experience
B. Arch / M. Arch
With 08 -13 years of multifaceted experience in specialized area of Designing / Design coordination of Residential Developments in Mumbai
Knowledge & Skills
1. Preparation of project feasibility reports
2. Able to deliver end products in a visual format.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit architecture, Adobe Photoshop, M. S. Office, Designing, Presentations 3D's, 2D's
5. Good communication & presentation skills.
6. Good -computer skills, Project planning, design management, architectural and interior design,
7. Knowledge of related policies, rules and norms for land development.
