   Primary Responsibilities

 

As a Tech Lead, the candidate should be able to work as an individual contributor as well as people manager

Be able to work on data pipelines and databases

Be able to work on data intensive applications or systems

Be able to lead the team and have to soft skills for the same

Be able to review code, design and mentor the team members

 Required Qualifications

 

Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Experience working on Databricks

Well versed with Apache spark, Azure, SQL, Pyspark, Airflow, Hadoop, UNIX etc.

Proven ability to work on big data technology stack on cloud and on-prem

Proven ability to communicate effectively with the team

Proven ability to lead and mentor the team

Proven ability to have soft skills for people management
