Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Management
  • Oversee and manage the YouTube channel, including uploads, scheduling, and organization of video content.
  • Monitor analytics to track performance, viewer engagement, and growth metrics.
  • Maintain brand consistency across thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.
• Content Strategy
  • Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and marketing teams to plan a content calendar.
  • Suggest content ideas based on trends, analytics, and audience interests.
  • Write or edit SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags to improve searchability.
• Community Management
  • Respond to viewer comments and engage with the audience to build community.
  • Moderate content and manage community guidelines.
  • Gather and report viewer feedback to improve future content.
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Use YouTube Studio and third-party tools to generate performance reports.
  • Track KPIs including watch time, CTR, engagement rate, and subscriber growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
