Team Lead - Full Stack Developer @ TAC Security

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled individual proficient in front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on leadership, architecture, and best coding practices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of full-stack developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical leadership.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure best coding practices, security, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Proficient in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET.
• Experience with database technologies: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase, DynamoDB).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and TDD/BDD approaches.
• Knowledge of Web Sockets, Serverless architecture, and real-time data processing.
