Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Identifying Candidates: Recruiters use various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates for IT roles.
• Screening Applications: They evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the specific skills and experience requirements.
• Conducting Interviews: Recruiters conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Building a Talent Pipeline: They cultivate relationships with candidates and build a network of talent for future hiring needs.
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers: They work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the right talent is hired.
• Managing the Recruitment Process: Recruiters oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Staying Up-to-Date: They keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and recruitment practices to stay effective and relevant.
• Negotiating Offers: They play a key role in negotiating salary and benefits packages for successful candidates.
