We're seeking a skilled Tele Caller to generate leads and schedule appointments for our Datacenter product sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and familiarity with IT Datacenter products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
2. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for sales team with qualified prospects.
3. Product Knowledge: Understand Datacenter products (servers, storage, networking) and solutions.
4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
5. Data Entry: Update CRM with call records, lead information, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of telesales/telecalling experience in IT/ Datacenter industry.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
- Familiarity with Datacenter products and solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of IT/ Datacentre industry trends.
- Certification in sales/tele calling.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made per day.
- Leads generated and appointments scheduled.
- Conversion rate of leads to sales.
